I must admit that flying off the treadmill is always a concern of mine so be careful, pay attention and let this quote make you smile!
Even if you fall on your face, you’re still moving forward.

I personally hate treadmills, my knees hurt worse than running on concrete.
I try hard not to hate it but I do call it ‘Treadmill Torture’. I’m taking a ‘brick’ class and somehow, doing intervals with the other people isn’t bad. By myself, I’m not only slow, but I tend to overheat–thus the torture!
My Dad fell of a treadmill once, because he simply forgot you need to turn it off! I am pretty sure there will be tredmills you don’t need to turn off anymore soon. Personally, I never run on a treadmill except for when I go to get new running shoes, but I would like having one to run on when it’s icy outside.
Oh, your poor dad! I try not to space out, becuase of my fear of flying off the back. Yes, I wonder if feeling your weight or run cadence will effect it someday? I try to go outside so long as it’s over 30!
Thanks for commenting!
Oh and that’s 30 Farenheit of course!
This happened to me last year!! I was at the gym, and someone had not turned off their machine. So I walked onto it, while it was still on…completely unaware. It was pretty funny

Oh boy! As long as no one gets hurt it looks pretty silly!

Oh my goodness, it may be mean, but this kind of made my afternoon.
I’m glad you got a chuckle. Of course after I posted this, I took a class and she had us running backwards on the treadmill and my biggest fear nearly came true as I almost flew off the back! I had to laugh at myself.
Treadmills are the devil. They scare me!!! Luckily I live in Southern California and we don’t really have weather…
I love So Cal for exactly that reason! I affectionately call it the dreadmill!
Oh this is too hysterical. I was laughing and crying as I watched it. Luckily most of the people were doing something stupid in the first place so I don’t feel too bad about laughing at them… Always use the safety clip on a treadmill!!!!!
You know–I really should abide by that rule!
Thanks for stopping by! Elizabeth
