  1. Sometimes that’s the hardest part about this sport! Being your own worst enemy or your own hardest competition is such a struggle and learning to overcome yourself is such a long, trying process. But when you succeed, if even for a little while, it makes it all worth it.

  2. This photo touches me. It is so close to the picture I have of one of my granddaughters putting a medal around my neck; a dream. To be an example, is one of the big reasons I do this, train, in the first place.
